• Original Art and Prints: We offer original artwork, ceramics, and art prints created by Leah Devine Pokrasso. Many pieces are unique while others are printed reproductions, and the colors, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on the website due to differences in screen displays and lighting.

• Healing Services: Our healing services are offered with the intent to promote well-being and emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. However, they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers regarding any medical condition. We do not guarantee any specific results and are not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the use of our services.

• Animal Communication Services: Our animal communication services are designed to help you connect with your pet(s) on a deeper level. These services do not substitute for veterinary care or behavior training. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided during these sessions.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on the website are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• We accept Squarespace Payments, PayPal, and Venmo.

• Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or services are rendered. For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Art Products: We only ship within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will be responsible for any taxes or fees that may apply.

• Digital Products: Some art prints may be available for digital download or delivery. These will usually be accessible immediately upon receipt of payment, while some products such as commissions or custom imagery or animation, may require up to 1 week for customization.

• In-Person Healing Services: In-person healing sessions are conducted at agreed-upon locations and are scheduled in advance. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, while cancellations require at least 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the full session.

• Remote Healing Services: Remote healing services are provided via phone, video conferencing, or other digital means. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and connection to participate in the session. If technical issues arise on our end, we will attempt to reschedule within a reasonable time.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Art Products: Due to the unique nature of our original art and prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

• Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, artwork, design elements, audio, video, digital downloads, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”), is the exclusive property of Leah Devine Vision or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
